How much weight can these shelves actually hold? Why do some people say they sag after installation?

Max load 33 lbs/shelf; depends on: (1) wall - studs best, drywall must use anchors; (2) anchors - match screws to anchors, seat fully; (3) rods fully into slots, screws tightened. Done right, loaded fine. Sagging? Check rod seating - ~90%.
Are they made of soild wood?

They are made of Medium Density Fiberboard(MDF) which are sturdy than wood.
Does the actual color match the photos? Is the white more gray in person?

Screens and lighting affect perception. Matte finish, five colors: White, Black, Oak, Walnut, Smoke Gray - warm in warm light, cool gray in cool light (normal, not batch difference). See real customer photos. Clear mismatch? No-questions returns.
Are the dimensions accurate? Which length should I choose?

Dimensions as listed: 11.8x7x1.49in, 24.6x7x1.49in, 35.4x7x1.49in (LxDxT), ±2mm. Sizing: (1) 11.8in for single decor; (2) 24.6in or 35.4in for books and dishes - always hit a stud; (3) narrow wall suits 11.8in, wide suits 35.4in. Measure wall first.
How is this different from ordinary floating shelves held by two screws?

Core difference: support structure. Two-screw shelves limit load and sag. Ours uses a wall bracket with two rods inserted deep into the board, spreading weight along the rods - max 33 lbs. Screws fix the bracket; rods bear the load.
